By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. The authority may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.

If a minor uses a registered member's account to bet or play games, the account holder will be fully responsible.

It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

4.1 Password Protection

4.2 Unauthorised Access

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same across all methods).

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. The authority reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.

5.3 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious financial activity is detected, h5 rajabaji may temporarily suspend the account for investigation. During this time, the member may be required to provide the necessary documents.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before withdrawing.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fully met.
• An account may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• A bonus is never given as cash — it is a promotional benefit.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6.3 Other Promotions

7.1 Game Operation

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and certified.
• If a connection is lost mid-game due to a technical issue, the game will resume from that point once reconnected.
• The authority reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout caused by a system error.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h5 rajabaji. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing fictitious or coordinated bets with the intent to exploit bonus benefits dishonestly (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using any automated software, bot, or script.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to collect or access another member's account information or account.
• Attempting to influence outcomes in collusion with others.

9.1 By the Authority

h5 rajabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these terms.

• In cases of terms violation, the associated balance may be forfeited.
• An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

9.2 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account through support. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the request is processed, provided there are no restrictions.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to take a break from gambling, they can voluntarily lock their account for a set period. Details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

h5 rajabaji makes every effort to provide a reliable service. However, the authority will not be liable in the following situations:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to an internet connection problem.
• For issues caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game studios).
• In force majeure situations — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, and similar events.
• If a member suffers a loss due to their own negligence or failure to comply with the terms.

Gaming and betting carry inherent financial risk. Winning or losing is entirely personal — h5 rajabaji does not guarantee any winnings.
